YES I've had acid reflux on and off. The worse I had it was for a week and I felt the burning several times and day and it was just awful when I laid down. I kept taking antacids but when that stopped working I googled other remedies and started taking the apple cider vinegar and daily probiotics. And it worked! After only a couple of days it was completely gone. I stopped taking it once gone but now having it again and the apple cider doesn't seem to work on its own. Back on to probiotics again as well.
