"An apple a day keeps the doctor away". There is a lot of truth in that proverb. Please eat all of the apple, especially the skin. The pips and core are also nutritious. Red apples are great for heartburn and acid reflux. Green apples provide tartness and acidity.

YES Just to add to my last post, a friend told me that eating red apples also helps for reflux. Well I am still using the ACV and my reflux is a thing of the past, but I know that my stomach feels even better after eating a red apple. She told me it is a great healing food if you have coughing or a constricted throat from long-term acid reflux, helps with healing the oesophagus
