YES
I applied a thin paste of H202 and borax to tick bite that had become inflamed and turned a wine color red. I have done this a few times and the bites heal quickly.

YES
My brother had a tick bite that would not heal after a couple of weeks. He tried antibiotic and other creams and nothing worked. It was infected and so itchy that he would scratch it open - just awful. I suggested wetting it with 3% hydrogen peroxide that had been diluted 50-50 with water. A couple of times per day he wet it with a cotton bud. After a couple of days it finally healed.
