To apply aspirin to the skin, wet the skin, wet a tablet, and rub it on the skin.

Agree, dip aspirin into water and rub directly on to bite to gain instant relief from itching.

Gently rub an aspirin tablet on the wet skin to relieve the itching. It works to relieve the itching and redness within minutes. An alternative is to crush a piece of tablet and mix with a drop of water to make a paste.
