I recently started making and drinking my own water kefir. I have suffered from nail fungus for about 13 years now, nothing helped. I tried everything and I do mean everything people or the internet said to use. I am on my 4th fermented jar of water kefir now and I can see significant improvements. I can actually see the nails healing before my eyes. This is really embarrassing to share, but for all those people suffering from the same problem, here is your solution. Really!!! I also feel wonderful!!
