I use a nasal irrigator daily, sometimes twice, and it works well for me. I use a litre of tepid 103F slightly hypertonic saline solution made from sea salt.

Dissolve a quarter teaspoon of natural sea salt, Celtic salt or saltpan salt in a glass of water. Use this as your drinking water. Do not use any refined, white, processed salt in your cooking or on the table
