YES I was diagnosed with rhinitis when I was in my late 20 s. I am now 68 and have suffered a runny nose most of my life, although I was seldom ill. Recently, I started cleaning my teeth with xylitol sugar as well as swishing it around my mouth after meals in an attempt to help keep my teeth longer. In less than a month I have been able to breathe effortlessly through my nose and no longer always carry tissues with me although I still need to blow my nose about twice a day. This is the only change I have made in my diet and life style. The xylitol that I use comes from birch trees and hardwoods and is non GMO. I hope this helps others.
