YES Take a Q tip and dip it into the coconut fat (oil) jar. Ensure the Q tip is quite wet with the oil. Lightly line the inside of the nose lining with enough to "wet" the inner tissue. Ensure all the "red" irritated areas are treated. Do this every four hours, especially after heavy "dripping" or "nose blowing" sessions.
I noticed I felt better and less irritated (nose lining) quite quickly.
After 2 days it totally cleared up. I recommend a treatment of probiotics with digestive enzymes as part of the treatment for one month post incident.
