YES I have often been drawn to hum when meditating, and in groups where we have been opening ourselves to growth, connection and health. It felt good. On investigation, I found some good physiological reasons for doing it. And it works! In the past I have often had a drippy nose, particularly in the winter. Well the combination of hydrogen peroxide and humming cleared it up in a couple of weeks. I noticed a good improvement within a day.
