Remedy: Ginger paste, eucalyptus oil


Mix a teaspoon or two of ginger powder with sufficient water to make a paste. Rub the paste into the painful area and leave it for 10 - 15 minutes. Wash it off, and rub in a few drops of eucalyptus oil

I have been told that this relieves the pain and inflammation, relaxes and feels really good. But I have not tried it myself. Another spice that helps with back pain is turmeric. Please, has anyone tried it personally?
