Hi. I would like to say having arthritis in all my joints and ankles feels like they are on fire. I have been taking 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in water 3 times a day. I can say without a doubt my ankles have stopped being inflamed and my fingers have less stinging. I've only been on this 4 days and it's amazing. As the Dr said if you need it you will crave the taste and if you don't you won't. I enjoy this vinegar drink very much. Hope this helps anyone.

I broke my right elbow in a motor accident fifteen years ago. The doctor told me it would give me trouble later in life. Unfortunately he was quite right as in the last couple of years it went from a throb in the mornings to excruciating PAIN! Some mornings I couldn't even extend it fully and during the day could not do anything physically stressful. After reading about ACV and arthritis I decided to give it a go, taking about two tablespoons in water, sipping it throughout the day. Within 10 minutes of the first sips the pain subsided. It's now been two weeks and I'm a new woman. Thank you, thank you!
