Take two large capsules equal 500 to 750 mg. each. Black walnut kills all bacteria so do take with probiotics. I personally take Kefir from my own milk kefir grains in raw goat milk, using 1/4 to 1/2 cup two times daily with banana and inulin prebiotics that feed the probiotics so they get into that gut alive.
