Hi Bhagawati, The antibiotics are most likely the cause of the problem. The probiotics you have been using don't seem to have been sufficient to re-colonise the gut with the necessary variety of flora to keep a continuing self-sustaining balance. Try a variety of different probiotics, including the various suggestions in the Probiotics link at the top of this page.

For sinus allergies, a product called Ultra Allergy Defense made from horseradish root and marshmallow root in combination with in my opinion the best probiotics (one tablet each every morning taken with food), helps combat sneezing attacks and runny nose. When stopped after a course of a couple of months, the symptoms stay away for about 2-3 months but then return. Probably cause of allergy was prolonged intake of antibiotics, after which these allergies started up.
