Ragweed pollen - waking up with swollen and watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing (like one sneeze after another in succession for a half hour!) and some positional vertigo. Took first dose of ACV this morning - 2 TBS in a 16 oz glass of water, gulped it down. Within an hour, even my headache has subsided. I plan on doing this every day now!

I have had asthma and allergic reaction caused by my cat for the last 2 years. I was on a Ventolin inhaler and another steroid based preventor. I have now started taking ACV morning and night with water and so far I have not had to take any medications and I have no allergy symptom or asthma. What a miracle, this is a huge relief from having to take all those rubbish medications. I would recommend anyone who suffers from allergies to try this.

Just to say I am allegic to tap water (chlorine?), weird I know but I get covered in hives after I shower or swim. I get them on my back and chest only and the break out makes me itch so much I scratch and scar myself! However after taking ACV the break outs have stopped and my back looks amazing. This stuff is great. I drink it morning and night, 2 tablespoons mixed with blackcurrant juice as I cant stand the taste. I can't rate it enough

I had been suffering from allergies for most of my adult life. Tests at different doctors showed that I was allergic to almost every airborne allergen (95% of most airborne allergens, eek!) I was like a running faucet and sneeze machine. I'd wake up with an itchy nose, start sneezing, and buy boxes of tissues in bulk for wiping my nose. I used to dread the hay fever season. It was a balancing act between sneezing, taking antihistamines, and feeling groggy most of the time.
I started taking 3 glasses of ACV a day. For the first 10 days there was no effect. Then the allergies slowed down, and two weeks after starting on the ACV everything was back to normal - a new "normal" for me. I continued on three glasses a day for the rest of that season. It was a complete life change to be able to enjoy the seasons again. I have found that when apple cider vinegar is taken either as a daily tonic or at the first sign of an allergy (sneezing, sinus headache, itchy or stuffy nose, watery eyes), it completely stops the histamine response or allergic reaction. Nowadays, the allergic reaction usually stops within a couple of hours of taking the first dose of ACV. If I have not been taking the ACV and ignored the allergies for a day or more, then it takes at least a day for the remedy to work. But I try to take ACV most days throughout the year now, because the benefits for my skin, energy and wellbeing are sooo worth it.

Take apple cider vinegar either as a daily tonic or at the first sign of an allergy (dripping nose, watery eyes, sinus headache, etc). Often it will rapidly halt the histamine response or allergic reaction. For thirty years I suffered from hay fever every spring. Constant sneezing, watery itchy eyes. Nowdays I don't even notice it. Sometimes if it is a high-pollen day I may have the odd sneeze, especially if I walk past a flowering tree or a field of grass in flower, but it really is no longer an issue
