More energy, cleanses your body, and protects your intestines. I drink Kombucha with green tea, kim chee, pickled cucumbers, veggies, and homemade cream top milk yogurt. My health has improved greatly.

Daily use of kombucha strengthens digestion, among many other benefits. Kombucha is somewhat similar to apple cider vinegar, depending on how it is made (strong, not sweet etc). ACV is usually much stronger and needs to be diluted to drink it, whereas kombucha is normally about the acidity and strength of a beer or dry wine, and very pleasant to drink. It can be made stronger, to taste like a vinegar.
