I have an allergy to cayenne pepper. After reading a website that spoke of using cayenne pepper for Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease I tried this method being a COPD sufferer in the mild stage. On first taking it yes I thought that my energy levels were increasing, but by the 3rd night of taking the medication I spent the worst night of my whole life, all night long I struggled with breathing.

I'm 65 now, and smoked for many years when I was younger. Gave up about five years ago. For several years I've noticed getting short of breath. At first only after real exercise, and i thought I was just not as fit as I used to be. But then breathing became more of an effort even after a couple of flights of stairs. My doctor put me on several medications, plus inhalers and none of them seem to be helping much. I was getting frustrated by being completely out of breath just with a walk or gardening. I found this website three days ago and started taking cayenne pepper three times a day with 1/2 teaspoon in warm water. It has worked absolute wonders. My strength has improved each day and I have a different level of energy. Thank you!
