Remedy swish with half peroxide/half water
I measured out equal portions of hydrogen peroxide and water and swished it around in my mouth. I spit the excess out in the sink and let the peroxide bubble. I did this about 5 or 6 times.
I brushed my teeth with baking soda after. I avoided tooth paste for about 6 days because of sugar in it which is one of the causes of the problem. My teeth and gums started healing... The pyorrhea went away after this treatment.
If you are still experiencing problems after this then you probably have a bad enough case to see a dentist. Just the pressure of my face on my pillow would cause my teeth to bleed. I saw a dentist and this was his recommendation.
Yes this did work to clear up the problem very well I might add.
