Actually, three doctors and one NP confirmed that I have scabies. Also because of my skin type the burrows are easily seen.

NO
Hello to all beautiful souls in this great group. Thanks for sharing all the information. I got scabies and this is my third week dealing with this demon. I tried Perfectio X IR wand and it seems it made them angrier. Maybe I do not know how to use it for mites. It seems that they've become mad now with this IR light.

Hello everybody and thanks for your informative posts. I’m dealing with my first resistant scabies infestation. I have previously been able to beat multiple infestations of the regular scabies easily with aloe vera, Desitin, a derma roller with 0.5 mm titanium pins, but not this resistant scabies variety. I am trying a variety of methods by trial and error in search of a breakthrough. These include using electrocution of mites, diet changes to determine why some people are not bitten by resistant mites, pulsed high power lights, blue and red LED lights to kill the nests, infrared LED therapy light, music therapy and humidity, among others. All of which have been moderately successful, but the resistant mites appear to be learning fast as well. I am just in the first stage of this investigation. There is much more to this resistant mite story including the likelihood that it carried Lyme or one of the Lyme co-infections to one of my friends years ago. I also experienced the literal plague of mites among people 50 years of age or older, who have been infecting me with the regular scabies.

I looked up demographics and found the worst hit is China. Chinese people I know are using tourmaline infrared sleeping mats with success. I also had success with tourmaline infrared heating in the past, but do not like the high EMF of Jade tourmaline heating pads. Last night I was attacked by a rapid growth of itchy mites and they were resistant to all previously successful methods other than Desitin. I was surprised because this lot was itchy and would not stop itching despite the electrocution method which had destroyed first nest on my ankle. From watching the colour of my urine, it appears that nutritional yeast made my skin more resistant. I failed to eat nutritional yeast for 3 days and then the change of colour of my urine coincided with the sudden growth of mites behind my knee.
