I have been sugar 'free' for nine weeks and feel so much better than before... Not only have I lost a lot of weight, I am also finding that I am not getting as many mood swings - now that's got to be a good thing...! I am also confident that I can continue this... it is not a 'quick fix'... but a way of life... How I cherish those sweet strawberries, bananas and grapes... they are so much better than the chemically infused products I ate previously...

I'm on week 3 of my sugar elimination, and I must say I'm struggling a bit. The first week I had some headaches and nausea, in the second week they tended to go buy I felt yuk with aches and pains. When I read about sugar being the cause of obesity I was a bit skeptical sugar addiction you have got to be kidding. But believe me sugar addiction is real. But I feel I am just about over the hill. I have lost 3 kilos, and am feeling better in this third week. If I feel better next week whooohooo because I'm not on any kind of diet, it is just a change. Hang in there, its worth it.

I have always been on the heavy side. Over the years I've tried most things like diets, starvation (lol), exercise and sweating. The diets were a painful waste of time and the exercise seemed to make me even hungrier. The fat just would not go away. Now I have lost 9 kg in the last six months, and it looks like it is staying off. I'm not on a diet, I'm not exercising like an athlete, and I eat all the delicious food I want. Thank you so much. This revelation has cost me nothing except my time and effort, and the benefits are much more than the weight loss - my skin is radiant, I have more energy, feel reallly happy. Thank you!!
