I used the Sun. Many, many hours a day, several days a week, over a few weeks. So far, the skeptics (Doctors and Big Pharma) would say, remission. I say, "Healed".
I have much more research to do, and for once, actually Journal it.
- I also was at the local swimming pool, so there are other factors to include such as the water, the overgrowth skin coming off to leave the raw skin to heal, the chlorine perhaps, or the removal of (irritant) oils from the skin, etc., and the reflection of the water back onto the skin to increase the intensity of the sun. I also use vinegar as a wash to assist in maintaining skin acidity.
I will be trying a few other things as well. Especially over the winter.

I have heard anecdotal evidence that time in the sun leads to dramatic improvements in proriasis and several other skin disorders. PLEASE leave a comment and report your experience here, good or bad.
