YES Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of tepid water, and sip slowly. Allow the mixture to stay on the throat as long as you can. This is the basic mix. It may be more effective with lemon juice added, and/or a teaspoon of raw honey, and/or quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder. The cayenne will be hot for some people, best to experiment and see how it affects you.
