Hydroponic stores have food grade 35 percent hydrogen peroxide. For 21 years havent been to dentist until today. No cavaties. I believe it's because I healed with the hydrogen peroxide mouth wash I make.

I purchased the regular Hydrogen peroxide at the dollar store. They place it into the freezer overnight. The next day ALL the water is frozen and the liquid that remains is your pure Hydrogen Peroxide grade mentioned. Caution being that you only need a little bit to do the job. Mix it in purified filtered water.

I got "35%" from nightingale pharmacy in south lake, after using it or a few weeks and having no improvements, I put 1 drop on my skin, knowing it should oxidize, nothing at all.
So I ordered H2O2 test strips, and after testing a diluted solution I've determined I was sold 3%
I'll be heading back to nightingales and demanding they refund my money.
Will be trying a supplier on eBay.

I got 35% from Nightingales Pharmacy, South Lake. Ask Bret, the pharmacist. If you explain what you want to do, he will make it for you in 10 minutes.

My teeth had dark gray-brown stains and my gums were sore and swollen. Every time I brushed my teeth the gums would bleed a little feel raw for the rest of the day. I have struggled with this problem for 10 years and was never able to really get it under control. After reading about hydrogen peroxide, I started swishing it in my mouth every morning. The foaming and kind of astringent taste effect took a bit of getting used to. I could feel it was working but it is also quite harsh. My teeth began turning white again. After the first month I was due for my next dental visit. He was really surprised to see the improvement, and asked what I had done. I told him it was H2O2 and he said he had heard of it but never really looked into it. He told me that my gums are much healthier and the bacterial inflammation is virtually gone. Apparently where the gums have receded they won’t grow back. Overall the change in my mouth is truly amazing. I will continue with the hydrogen peroxide for a few more weeks and then stop, as I feel it is too strong to use indefinitely. For ongoing maintenance I will try the oil pulling remedy mentioned on this website. I want to build up the good bacteria in my mouth again, rather than keeping my mouth sterile.
