I was diagnosed with globus pharyngeus, and one of the causes was rhinitis or post-nasal drip. Hydrogen peroxide is a great remedy for allergic rhinitis. I used it according to the instructions above. Within minutes I could feel a slight drying of the nose, and after a few days it was virtually cleared. At the same time, I used apple cider vinegar to heal acid reflux, which was another cause of my GP. There was a gradual improvement in the globus pharyngeus over several months.
