Cutting out toothpaste has made a dramatic difference to my health - within a day!!! I had aches and pains in my muscles and joints, especially when I got up in the morning, and low energy all day. I was getting old, and was resigned to getting used to it. After reading about fluoridated toothpaste, I threw the tube in the bin. The next day, most of the aches had gone and I had noticably more energy. A week later - thank you - I was back to normal, the "normal" I was resigned to being something in the past. I brush and floss once a day, at night before bed. Just put a little sodium bicarb on my toothbrush and it works well, and my mouth feels good.

Nascent iodine is probably the most bio-available iodine, and also the easiest to use. For over a year now, I have been taking 5 drops during the morning, mixed with water or freshly squeezed juice. The supplier told me that getting my iodine level back to normal is a long process - expect it to take many months. In the last couple of months I have also started taking Borax. I keep all my drinking water in bottles, and simply put a pinch of borax in each bottle. I feel my fluoride level is coming down, but it is a long process. Even longer than it should be, because I live in Perth Australia where they add sodium fluoride to the municipal tap water. I have a filter, but it only takes out some of the fluorides.
