Just started using apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I've always felt stressed always, did not know ACV would have a relieving effect on my stress levels but it has. OMG even if a don't lose weight I will carry on using apple cider vinegar for stress.

Hello everyone, I wanted to let you all know. Our pastor was telling us about apple cider vinegar for blood pressure and I was taking it for weeks. I also had some issues with anxiety and depression and OCD and it helped me with all of them. That is Awesome for real. Thanks for your help.

I suffer from depression. I have been using 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every morning with warm water and honey for three weeks to lose weight and lower cholesterol. Today I woke up feeling mentally happy and not depressed. I don't ever remember waking up feeling happy and having a sense of well being. I started to research the mental benefits of apple cider vinegar because that was the only change in my diet. I am grateful for this added benefit of apple cider vinegar.

I'm trying apple cider vinegar for anxiety, one tablespoon three times daily, with water. Two weeks using this method, my anxiety is not better, is that unusual?

I've been taking apple cider vinegar for a month more or less to reduce lipomas. I take two tablespoons once a day. I also have anxiety disorder for which I take 20mg of celexa. Even with the celexa I can get anxious. Today I was anxious and took the ACV per routine for the lipomas. A half and hour or so later the anxiety was totally gone. I was so surprised I went on line and ended up here typing this. I have thought before that the ACV gave me a little buzz pick-me-up but today is exemplary. Lipomas are still there lol.

I started taking two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water twice a day. I have been feeling pretty down as of late, and almost magically the shroud of darkness lifted. I feel WAY more focused and feel like being involved in things around me.
I started taking it only as a supplement for cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. I had no prior knowledge that ACV has been used to balance a person's sense of well being. So, I can honestly say that I am not experiencing a placebo effect. I had no expectations that my sense of "well being" would be effected.

I just started taking ACV yesterday, even though I had bought 2 large containers of a very well known high quality brand a while back. Stopped for a while, never really committed to using it every day. HOW ARE YOU ALL DOING A YEAR LATER???!!!!

Hi! I am 36 and have been depressed since I was 23, because of something that happened when I was much younger. I too use organic raw apple cider vinegar, by Braggs. It helps me a lot. I think it's best cold in cold water, or even if the apple cider vinegar is kept cold. It makes it taste refreshing. I'm happier now. And I'm glad to hear that you have been helped also. I'm also returning to being a vegan again for the rest of my life. And I'm going to go to Farm Sanctuary too. You should go there too and visit the animals, I bet it would make your day! Have a wonderful day!
