Apply coconut oil directly to the haemorrhoid. Coconut oil turns solid in the refrigerator or at cooler room temperature, so it is also easy to use it as a pessary. Pour some liquid oil into a mould, or even scoop out a small amount with a teaspoon (maintain hygene - do not re-scoop with the same spoon after using!)
