Salt. What kind of salt is by far the best, how much to take, which salts to avoid.

125 Dissolve a couple of teaspoons of sea salt in half a glass of warm water. It can be quite a strong solution. Put a couple of drops in each eye. It may sting a little. Also use the salt solution on a cotton ball when cleaning the eye
