I am inhaling 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide mist and find it very effective to control lung infections. I use a small fine spray bottle from the chemist and half fill it with neat 3% food grade peroxide. I spray it 4 times directly into my mouth breathing it in as it sprays, and do this morning and night. My ailment is bronchiectasis which is prone to constant lung infection, so far the peroxide is keeping my lungs clearer than usual without the need for antibiotics which have side effects.

You can take hydrogen peroxide in water as a drink, as a gargle, in your ears, and as a nasal and sinus spray. All these methods are very effective if you have a cold or 'flu. For an adult dose to drink, take 10 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide in a glass of warm water every two hours. You will sometimes get relief within minutes.
