It works! I have been oil pulling with coconut oil for about a week. I can only do it for 10 minutes at the most each time. Today after oil pulling I brushed gently and noticed what I thought was a large 2.5 mm piece of food. Upon closer inspection I saw it was the ENTIRE chunk of plaque behind my front bottom tooth. This is extremely exciting and validating! Even more importantly, I have found that oil pulling makes me feel just a ton healthier and happier. I also started to feel a cold and sinus infection last week and it never grew to full strength and died away in about two days. This method is insanely effective, and dentists just simply don't want to admit it works because they are afraid they will lose money.

I have only been doing Oil Pulling for a week and a day now but I love the results. It also helps me with my sinus issues and I feel more relaxed and I sleep better through the night.

I have been oil pulling for 7 weeks and just LOVE IT!!! My sinuses have never been clearer. No more headaches. My teeth feel wonderful and are whiter. I am sleeping better than ever (even with hot flashes)!!!! The brown spots on my hands and arms are fading. My skin is clearer and not more blackheads around my nose. I have more energy than ever before. I will continue this forever. I use organic unrefined coconut oil and might try sesame soon. The only side effects I had was feeling flu like symptoms the first few days and my nose nose ran constantly but now I feel GREAT!

I have already commented on oil pulling as a remedy for abcesses. I have also noticed the ongoing sinus infections I used to suffer from have almost disappeared. I do believe the oil pulling has assisted with this, and I also recently stopped eating all grains which I think has contributed to the significant reduction in sinus congestion.

I developed an intense sinus head ache pain from a prolonged sinus infection. It had been going on for a year or more. My doctor put me on antibiotics, and they helped for a couple of weeks. But the sinus came back worse soon after the course finished. Decongestants were even less effective. I tried apple cider vinegar and it gave instant relief, but the symptoms returned within an hour or two. I wanted a real cure. When I first read about Oil Pulling, my reaction was “this is dumbâ€. But it sounded really easy so I thought I'd see what happens. After my first day of OP I blew out loads of "stuff" from my nose and I could breathe more freely. I had a good sleep that night, and the next morning I felt significantly better. Two days later I had no pressure in my head and the pain had virtually gone. This was the cure I had been looking for! Now weeks later, in addition to my Sinus relief my teeth are whiter, my hair is shinier, my skin feels a little smoother, and my digestion is better. I don't see any reason to stop OP. I will do it for the rest of my life.
