Once again, apple cider vinegar is just the most amazing remedy. Apply neat ACV to the infected skin and surrounding area. It may sting a little - if it is too harsh, dilute the ACV with a little water, but it is best to try to use it undiluted. Do not rinse or wipe it off. The itching will stop almost immediately. Apply it two or three times a day. If you can only do it once, that is OK but it will take longer to heal. Try to apply it at night before you go to bed. Depending on the infection it will be better in a couple of days. Continue the treatment for at least week after it seems to be fully healed, as the fungus is still in the skin and will otherwise recur

For me, apple cider vinegar was a miracle cure for yeast infections. I apply it neat directly onto any infection on the skin. By the next day the infection is much improved, within a few days it has gone. Remember that with skin and nail infections the yeast is deeply embedded, and you must continue using it on the skin for at least a couple of weeks, or the infection will recurr. Internally, I have drunk ACV diluted according to the instructions above. Again, I have felt better almost immediately. Combine ACV with a sensible, low sugar diet. I had candida symptoms for many years, and apple cider vinegar was the key remedy in my recovery
