I burnt my calf severely on a motorbike muffler. I was miles away from any Dr or hospital. My friend urged me to slather fresh aloe Vera on to it. Immediately it felt right. I kept doing it and it was absorbing into me really quickly. I got to a Dr 2 days later who gave me burn cream. It just felt wrong so I stopped using the cream and continued with the fresh aloe Vera. The burn healed beautifully and with no scar at all. In fact I don't even recall which calf it was now and there is no evidence of a burn at all. My sister was amazed as she had done a similar burn but not as bad as mine was and the burn cream she used had healed her calf but left some nasty scarring. Fresh Aloe Vera is the bomb for burns and wrinkles.

My son was nine years old and got his faced burned from a gasoline explosion. I immediately put cold water on his face and applied fresh aloe gel. His face did not scar. We did also however take him to the doctor, who applied a prescription burn cream. I feel the aloe gel provided initial relief and helped prevent scarring.

After cooling the burn in cold water, gently apply fresh clear gel from a fresh aloe vera leaf.
