Overnight my acid reflux was cured by food combining. I stopped mixing meat with potatoes in the same meal. Protein needs acid and carbs need alkaline to digest fully so I stopped eating them together. I was 60 when I started doing this, overnight my extreme stomach pain stopped and has not returned, I am now 67.

I recovered from my acid reflux heartburn by using a low carb / ketogenic diet. It was a low carb, mid protein and high (healthy) fat diet. My carbs varied from less than 100g, 50g, 20g of net carbs (carbs-fiber) per day. I was eating lots of healthy fats: avocado, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, animal fats.... Fresh Raw and organic food can help in this diet. The first weeks were rough as the body is detoxifying from sugar and learning how to build more ketones by creating the right enzymes.
