Paw paw seeds crushed and applied to my face and other parts of my body that were affected. This is one of the best ways to get these things out! I have tried and tested many herbs and theories and Paw Paw seed is are at the top of my list of remedies for mites.

Hi all, I've had rosacea for about 3 years (thought it was acne, didn't realise it was actually rosacea until about 6 months ago). I came across this thread the other day so I thought I would give the TTO a try. I also get blepharitis out of the blue maybe 2 or 3 times a year so I wondered if the Demodex might be a problem for me. I usually use pawpaw salve on the blepharitis and it clears up in a few days. Used 100% TTO the first time I had it and regretted that immediately. My skin is very sensitive so last night I made a mixture using 20% TTO, 30% Coconut Oil and 50% Jojoba Oil. I have been using Jojoba oil at night for the last year or so (on and off) and it seems to work pretty well. I put the oil mixture on a few hours before I went to bed and then slathered some moisturiser on before bed as it started to get a little drying. Woke up this morning with a little less redness but nothing too obvious. I will keep using it every night for a week and then report back.
