Ailment: Rhinitis, allergic. Hay fever
Remedy: Honey
Raw, unprocessed honey is an antiseptic and immune system booster that helps with a wide range of ailments. Raw honey contains enzymes that are destroyed when heated higher than body temperature. Most honey is extracted and processed using heat, so take care to buy honey from a source that you trust.
Dissolve a teaspoon of honey in a glass of tepid to warm (not hot) water. Drink this three times per day.
This remedy is much more effective when combined with Apple Cider Vinegar, and / or turmeric (crushed raw turmeric if available, otherwise turmeric powder) and / or cinnamon.
Honey and cinnamon is a powerful traditional healing remedy, also a long-life tonic.
Warning - honey is a concentrated source of free fructose. Avoid it if you suffer from fructose malabsorption, candida or obesity.

YES
Using a cotton bud, put a little raw honey in each nostril. Do this in the morning, and again before bed at night. Also stop using any sugar in your diet, when you need sweetness use local, raw honey. Honey seems to boost your immune system, protect against bacteria and viruses, and somehow also reduce allergic reactions.
