When bad breath is caused by bacteria in the mouth, this is an effective remedy to use after thoroughly cleaning the teeth, the mouth, and between the teeth. Make a small glass of mouthwash with 1 tablespoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 5 tablespoons of water. Gargle with it, use it as a mouth rinse, swishing it between the teeth, and then spit it out
