YES Mix 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 teaspoon of honey, eat it or mix it in a glass of lukewarm water. Take it in the morning before breakfast. Do not eat anything for half an hour after taking it. Drinking water is OK. You should see an effect within a few days or a week. Do not eat cinnamon for a long period, take a break from it every couple of weeks and try the other remedies like cayenne pepper.
