YES
I'm 70 years old. Suddenly one morning, for the first time in my life, I could not see clearly. My vision had distortion and rapid flashing in the top and left sector. The disturbed part of my vision looked like boiling zig-zag cracked glass. It occurred in both eyes, but more on one side. I lay down, and within half an hour it had completely gone. However a week later it happened again, this time in a different sector of my vision. Again, it was gone in 30 minutes. After searching the internet I found this website and self-diagnosed as ocular migraine / aural migraine. After carefully going through every item in my diet since the first occurrence, I realised that several jars of Tat brand Turkish okra were the only new food I was eating. And the only chemical listed on the label was citric acid! That was a couple of weeks ago, and since avoiding the food with citric acid I have not had another ocular migraine.
