YES I had tinnitus for about six months with noise sensitivity. After doing extensive research I found out that tinnitus can result from a magnesium deficiency, and that taking magnesium can reduce tinnitus and protect the ears from noise-related hearing damage. I took magnesium taurate every day (around 390mg) for several months and the tinnitus completely resolved. Also, my ears are no longer over-sensitive to sound. I also had some cranial osteopathy, however I think it was the magnesium that helped. I also recommended it to someone else who has had severe tinnitus for many years and it helped her too.
