YES
Garlic is the most extraordinary remedy for some kinds of pain. Just have a look at Toothache on this website, and see how garlic has cured severe toothache within minutes, when the most potent pharmaceutical painkillers have not worked for days or weeks. Hundreds of people have told this story.
If you have a pain on some part of your body, crush some garlic, spread it over the painful area, cover it with a little plastic sheet or cling wrap to hold the wet garlic, and then bandage it to hold it in place for a couple of hours or overnight.
Garlic is also a wonderful natural antiseptic, so although I would not apply it to an open and bleeding wound, it would be a good remedy to apply over an inflamed and infected area.
You can use garlic internally of course. Eat garlic, raw or minimally cooked, to circulate it around your body. Of course, you can also use it in your meals as garlic adds the most delightful flavours.
