YES If you are suffering from allergies, it is possible you are low in zinc. I strongly recommend getting the zinc in the form of zinc sulphate liquid, rather than as a pill. Sufficient zinc will help normalise your mineral balance, as will getting sufficient magnesium (see Magnesium oil on this website). Generally, I do not recommend getting minerals in pill form. Tackling allergies also requires sufficient vitamin B complex, vitamin C, manganese, selenium and molybdenum. A good way to get these minerals is with fulvic acid or a high quality liquid ionic mineral supplement.
