I must admit I was pretty prejudiced when I first heard about urine therapy. I thought of it as a foul-smelling waste product. But fresh foods also smell bad after a period of time. From the day I started drinking my urine, I have felt the benefits. The first time was not easy - all my life my mind had been trained to think urine is dirty but now I can taste it and appreciate it as a medicine. Its taste is not at all unpleasant. It varies depending on what I have been eating and doing, but mostly tastes like fresh coconut milk. When I rise in the morning I save a quarter cup of my mid-stream urine. First I drink a glass of warm water, and then 15 minutes later or so, I have several sips or nearly a quarter cup of my urine. The very first day I felt different. I have suffered with depression, anxiety and ADHD for years, but after the first day I started drinking urine my days improved. I no longer felt nervous around people or scared that someone was looking at me. I have started using the urine for more and more ailments. Cuts and scratches, any kind of skin problem. If I ever have a breakout of eczema, I wet it with urine. Within a couple of days its under control. It is effective for allergies - my hay fever is a thing of the past. Did you know that urine is in many skin care products? Certainly in the best of them it is listed as urea or ureic acid. I hope others will benefit from my testimony.
