I am using topically DMSO over Magnesium and a drop of Iodine so they penetrate better on the palms. I use this only once a day and leave it on for 30 minutes or so, then rinse with water. Since I have been active with my hands the cords are painful. This mixture is improving them and it also takes care of the pain.

A couple of years ago during an annual check-up I mentioned to my doctor that I had some lumps in the palms of my hands. He diagnosed them as Dupuytren's disease. "They are not serious and there is nothing you can do", he said. A few months after that I started using magnesium oil for good energy and health and to prevent muscular-skeletal aches and pains. I've also been using borax, also for good health and to prevent arthritis. Well I completely forgot about the Dupuytren's and a few more months went by. One day when I was looking at my palms, I realised that the Dupuytren's had gone - completely. I think the magnesium oil was mainly responsible, as I was using it a couple of times a week and rubbing it all over my body with my hands - so the palms were getting a good dose. But I have also been taking the Grow Youthful recommended maintenance dose of borax twice a day, for a few years. No signs of muscular-skeletal aches and pains or arthritis either. I'm 60 years old.
