I received angioplasty and a stent after a heart attack hiking in the mountains. When I overeat or eat fatty foods i.e. ice cream I suffer very mild heart pain. A dash of cayenne in the juice of one lemon mixed with water and honey if needed for taste always provides relief. It also serves as a laxative the next day.

After a week of inactivity I began to have almost continuous chest pain. Even nattokinase and magnesium citrate on an empty stomach brought me no relief. I added a size 0 capsule full of cayenne pepper at 8 to 12 hour intervals and received relief from the first dose within 15 minutes. The pain only returned when I let 14 hours elapse without a dose of cayenne. After vomiting following an empty stomach capsule, I began taking it with food and had no further trouble. I'm sold on the value of cayenne for circulatory enhancement.
