I am 53 years old and have suffered UTIs on and off for years. My doctor has prescribed several antibiotics including Cipro. At first they seemed to work, but the UTIs keep recurring and the antibiotics seem less and less effective. A friend told me about D-Mannose and I thought I would give it a go, as I hate having to take so many antibiotics and I know deep down that they are ruining my health. Well the d-mannose is nothing short of miraculous. Within hours the UTI pain had almost gone. I'm going to try to get mannose from my food rather than using capsules, so from now on I'll be eating berries, especially cranberries. I'm a convert! Natural cures beat pharma any day!

Remedy D-mannose Powder
I've had bladder infections on and off for over 20 years and was on antibiotic therapy which was a nightmare, so I started to try natural remedies which are still helping me catch it before it gets worse. I found that D-mannose powder (all natural simple sugar made from blueberries and cranberries) is a wonderful bladder flush and tastes like powdered sugar. I have a spoonful in water every morning and sometimes 2x per day or more if needed. It's food. No side effects not even blood sugar issues because its a simple sugar which behaves differently than regular sugar. There is lots of research out there if you want to know more. Hope this helps someone like it did for me. I would also use 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda once a day, in water to help with pain and alkalise the urine which bacteria have a hard time growing in.
