YES Every morning when I wake up I do a quarter hour of gentle yoga exercises, and end it with eye and face exercises for a few minutes. Rolling my eyes, looking up down and left right, and then looking at my finger while I bring it to the tip of my nose and then looking in the distance. I m 68 years old, and last week had my annual appointment with my optometrist to check my reading glasses. For the first time I can remember, my eyes have stopped needing stronger glasses each year and there was actually a slight improvement. I ve also noticed the lack of floaters in the last year. I started the daily eye exercises less than two years ago.
