YES I discovered that really good hydration (drinking 2-3 litres of water over an hour or two) can reverse the symptoms of gout within hours. When I drink plenty of water it generally keeps me gout free. If gout does occur (very rarely now), it is the gout "cure" for me. It sounds almost too simple (and cheap) to be true, but it works for me.
