Hello everyone, I have had success with my prostrate with these remedies. In dealing with the prostate, remember that it is much like a filter or strainer, so from time to time even a healthy male may have a slight blockage there from pollutants. No worries. A vegetarian diet is great, but if you eat meats then avoid hormone-full meats. Drink hot, dark organic coffee daily. Get plenty of aerobic exercise and also lift weights for good hormone health. Please make sure to add healthy fats - I recommend fresh fish oil but only in a spoonful, not in capsules, you can also have avocados with that. Your prostate craves healthy fats. Most veggies miss this point. Even raw butter will help your prostate. But coffee, hot, fresh, dark and organic, daily, will keep your prostate clean as a whistle.
