When you say you flushed your sinus' do you mean you used something like a neti pot and rinsed with salt water solution with a drop of water from one nostril out the other. I suffer from frequent migraines and would like to try hydrogen peroxide but im not sure how to use it safely.

YES
I discovered that flushing my sinuses three or four times a day with salt water would flush my Migraines away. I Then discovered that adding Tumeric killed the resulting ammonia smell. I also add one drop of H2O2 to the solution.
I then realized that whenever I did the repeated sinus flushing, I don't get my nightly heartburn and acid reflux.
