Liquid zinc sulphate solution really works for me. If I get any sign of dermatitis on my scalp or face, I take some zinc at night mixed in with a glass of water. It is tasteless, which indicates a zinc deficiency. I always sleep well, and within a day or two the condition starts to correct.
