I got your newsletter on Inclined Bed Therapy a few days ago. I've read about this before and my interest was piqued at the time but it ended up passing by the wayside. I just knew its a MUST and coming from you, even more so! I got my bed rigged up straight away. After the first night my lower back morning stiffness (I have advanced osteoarthritis in the lumbar and suffer from chronic pain) was reduced by a staggering 70-80% and the same on nights two and three! All round my muscles felt freer and I had more brain clarity upon waking. I also use a CPAP machine for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and my readings dropped to below 1 breathing interruptions per hour which is fabulous. I usually sit around 2-3 per hour but am aiming for zero. I'm also busy with an intensive chiropractor protocol to remedy subluxation in my spine and the chiro was amazed by the full correction that he achieved in the two areas he's been working on. Definitely in my book attributable to the IBT.
